Our club is a competitive swim team that provides year-round trained coaching for swimmers from age 5 to 19.  We are a BC Summer Swimming Association club and an excellent choice for busy families with children who want to swim, including swimmers who have other interests and commitments.   

We offer swimmers two training days per week in our winter maintenance period (September to April) and numerous training days during our summer swim meet season (May to August).  The training focusses upon strength, endurance and technique of the four racing strokes, plus starts, turns and finishes.   In our summer season, we take our swimmers to swim meets in communities all over Vancouver Island -- from Victoria to Salt Spring to Campbell River.
