Practice Schedule

For all groups that swim at Crystal Pool, we swim each Monday and Wednesday until the end of April unless otherwise noted below:

• Monday February 16th

• Monday April 6th

MiniPod Groups 1 - 3

Mondays and Wednesdays 4:45 - 5:30pm at Crystal Pool

Juniors (Division 1 - 3)

Option 1: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00pm at Crystal Pool

Option 2: Mondays 6:30 - 8:00pm at Crystal Pool and Fridays 3:30 - 5:00pm at Oak Bay Rec Centre

Option 3: Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00pm at Crystal Pool and Fridays 3:30 - 5:00pm at Oak Bay Rec Centre

Seniors (Division 4 - 7)

Mondays and Wednesday 7:30pm - 9:00pm at Crystal Pool

Masters

Monday Group - Monday 7:00pm - 8:00pm at Crystal Pool

Wednesday Group - Wednesday 7pm - 8pm at Crystal Pool 

Friday Group - Fridays 4pm - 5pm at Oak Bay Rec

Summer 2026 Practice Schedules will be posted soon. 

Notes: Schedule is subject to change. Note whether your swimmer is a Mini-pod, Junior, or Senior. Also look for the Full-time or Part-time practice times according to your swimmer's registration.
